Andrew Marshall is a civil litigator with experience in the areas of construction defect, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Marshall currently focuses his practice in construction litigation where he has had the opportunity to defend general contractors, trade subcontractors and design professionals from claims of negligence, violation of the Florida Building Code, breach of contract, and the like.
Mr. Marshall earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while serving on active duty in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, Mr. Marshall worked as a FAA certified air traffic controller and also participated as part of the Air Combat Command golf team in international competition. Following his military service, Mr. Marshall earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served with distinction as Senior Associate Editor of the Law Review. During law school, Mr. Marshall was a recurring member of the Dean’s List and was awarded the Book Award for the highest grade in his Advanced Writing, NAFTA and Federal Administration Law courses. He returned to earn his Masters of Law (LL.M) in Corporate Law and Finance.
Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Marshall worked in the field of government contracting for defense contractor, Jacobs Technology, Inc. Mr. Marshall is the husband to his lovely wife Rachel, the father of two beautiful children and a member of the First Baptist Church of Palmetto.
